2:30 pm: "More Dreamers of the Golden Dream" AUTHOR TALK with Susan Straight and Douglas McCulloh2:30 pm: "More Dreamers of the Golden Dream" AUTHOR TALK with Susan Straight and Douglas McCulloh – Join Inlandia Institute for a conversation with writer Susan Straight and photographer Douglas McCulloh as they discuss their powerful new book, More Dreamers of the Golden Dream, based on their 2013 Riverside Art Museum exhibit by the same name. The show brought an entire community together to share stories from four generations of Californians, and now, eight years later, Straight and McCulloh return with a rich collection of essays and images that continue the chronicle of Riverside’s Eastside experience. Register now for a discussion of their collaboration – and get a sneak peek into the upcoming, updated exhibition at Riverside Art Museum, which will open October 7, 2021 and run through January 2, 2022. On Zoom. To register for the author talk with Susan Straight and Douglas McCulloh: https://tinyurl.com/MoreDreamers |
