Find Your Voice in Picture Books with Isabel Quintero
In this workshop, explore classic and contemporary work for young readers and examine how those stories are put together and then apply them to our own writing. The workshop is designed to strengthen confidence and voice in writing for young people.

Isabel Quintero is an award-winning writer from the Inland Empire. Her works include: Gabi, A Girl in Pieces, the Ugly Cat and Pablo series (illustrated by Tom Knight), Photographic: The Life of Graciela Iturbide (illustrated by Zeke Peña), My Papi Has a Motorcycle (illustrated by Zeke Peña), several anthologies, and most recently Mamá’s Panza (illustrated by Iliana Galvez).
